If you would like to place an order, you may do so via the website or email.
Your name, phone number, business/shipping address details are required in order to process your order.
We generally ship our packages via Fed Ex.
For Ribbons & Twines: Please Allow 3-5 working days to process your order.
For Cards/Tags: Since the Cards/ Tags are handmade, please allow us sufficient time to fulfill your order.
We shall get back to you in case of any delays and/or approx shipping dates.
For Hair Accessories: Please allow 7-10 working days to process your order.
The colors of any ribbon, trim or other product on this web site compared to the actual product may vary depending on computer hardware and software used to view the product, and ribbon dye lot variations. Meraki is not responsible for colors not matching the intended use and does not accept returns on this basis.
Returns & Exchange
The following items can be returned or exchanged :
Damaged or Defective Goods
Used Products, as well as Products damaged by the buyer, will not be eligible for a return or exchange
Items cannot be refunded or replaced after 7 days from receipt of the products.
Before taking the steps to return any items, please contact us to obtain proper authorization.
Without our return authorization, we cannot refund or exchange.
Cards/ Tags & Bookmarks:
Only incorrect items may be exchanged or returned.
Hair Accessories :
Only incorrect items may be exchanged or returned
Notify us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we will refund you the total amount of your order. However, if your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it.
